Unfortunately, there is no supported or documented way to programmatically open a NinjaScript Output window from a custom NinjaScript.

To open a NinjaScript Output window you would need to go to New > NinjaScript Output from the Control Center.

But if you use Win32 debug output routines like debugoutputstring or even etw then you could use dbgview or logman to collect traces

As previously stated, we do not have any documented or supported code opening the NinjaScript Output window programmatically. The NinjaScript Output window must be manually opened by navigating to Control Center > New > NinjaScript Output.
