    First indicators bar 100x

Hello. I have a problem with first bar after turning on app. It is about 100x bigger and I have to wait when this bar will be hidden on the left side of the window. Maybe you know how to solve it?

    Hello laziest,

    Thank you for your post.

We'll want to get some basic information from you first so we can best assist.

I don't see the indicator you're using there named in the screenshots you've provided. What indicator are we looking at here? Is this an indicator you've built yourself, one built into the platform, or one you've obtained from a third party vendor?

What version of the platform are you currently using? You can find this under Help > About in the Control Center of the platform. The current version is 8.0.25.0.

If you're using a different version, please upgrade to the latest version using the steps below, then test to see if the issue persists:
    • First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
    • Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
    • Enter your license key and press Submit
    • Select 'Download'
    • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
Once you've checked the version, who is your data provider? (Example: NinjaTrader Continuum, Kinetick, Interactive Brokers)

Do you see any errors regarding the indicator in the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what is the full text of the error?

Thanks in advance; I look forward to assisting you further.

        Hello laziest,

        Thank you for your reply.

Our ability to troubleshoot issues with third party scripts is limited by the fact that we did not develop them and in most cases they are distributed as compiled assemblies, and the code is not accessible to us.

We would suggest reaching out to the third party vendor for troubleshooting as they would best be able to diagnose the issue and then they can reach out to us with code examples if they require assistance.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance to you.
