Since NT doesn't work with newer VS, I'm trying to find a download for VS 2019 *community version*. I can only find older versions of VS that are either Pro or Enterprise versions which are not free. I did find a file on "Techspot.com" but I don't trust software that isn't downloaded direct from the official distributor. Anyone aware of some squirreled away community version on MS? I cannot find it.

If you download the 'Community Edition 2022' anyways,
you'll note the downloaded file is called "VisualStudioSetup.exe".
Run it.
It will download and install the 'Visual Studio Installer'.
You will see 2 headings (aka tabs) at the top.
Click on 'Available' and scroll down to 'Visual Studio Community 2017'.
I believe that is what you want.Attached Files -
