    CrossAbove iSeries Logic

    Hi, I have a question regarding the CrossAbove function as it relates to the iSeries inputs? I have a value which is some weighted signals we'll call Weighted_Signal_Value which, when it goes beyond a threshhold LongEntryVal, I'd like it to enter long or draw on arrow on my chart. Currently I have

    Code:
    if (IsFirstTickOfBar)
    {
         if(CrossAbove(Weighted_Signal_Value[0], LongEntryVal, 2))
         {
          Draw.ArrowUp(this,"arrow"+CurrentBar, false, 0, Low[0]-2*TickSize, null);
    //    EnterLong(Convert.ToInt32(DefaultQuantity),@"LongEntry");
         }

    }
    However the code won't compile. Is the iSeries<double> limited to indicator values or price history, or is there an issue with the syntax?

    Hi, thanks for posting.

    You are passing Weighted_Signal_Value[0] which is a single index in the series. Pass the entire series instead:

    if(CrossAbove(Weighted_Signal_Value, LongEntryVal, 2))

    Best regards,
