Custom Drawing Tool Line

I am now trying with the FIB since it does support price retrieval. I like to buy and sell at previous S/R

3940 and 3740 are my bigger targets but I like to enhance my indicators with information that is very visual

You don't need a custom drawing tool for what you're wanting to do, so that would be different than what this thread was originally in regards to. I've created a pretty simple example indicator. You can choose whether it draws regions for you, or you can draw a pair of region highlight y tools, and give one the tag of RegionA and one the tag of RegionB and check the box for user drawn regions. If you do that, it will find the regions with those tags and return the high price and low price of each. You can then use those values to trigger orders to be placed. If you don't draw them yourself, this demonstrates having the values they are drawn at saved to variables so those may be referenced in your conditions for orders.
