Project file overwritten with new installation

Any chance you can figure out how to not overwrite my Visual Studio project file? It seems that it's completely random when it gets overwritten - it doesn't do it every installation, just every so often, meaning I have no idea if I'm going to have to spend the next 20 minutes rebuilding my project file.

Is there any way I can tell it's about to happen, before it happens? Better yet, can you please make sure you don't overwrite the thing? I can't think of any reason why you'd need to.

    Thanks!

    Hello traderpards,

    Thank you for your post.

NinjaTrader writes its project file for its project during installation. Think of this as a required system file. I'm not aware of a way around that. The solution file is not written, however.

Please let us know if we may be of further assistance to you.
