Hello SuperDude123,
Is this with the bar type or the indicator?
You can compare the open of 0 bars ago to be greater than the close of 0 bars ago and the open of 1 bars ago to be less than the close of 1 bars ago. This would mean the current bar is an down bar and the previous bar is an up bar.
The reverse is true for the current bar being an up bar and the previous bar being a down bar.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Hello SuperDude123,
If you are using the heiken ashi bar type and not the indicator, yes it would be.
The Open will be the open of the heikenashi bar. The Close will be the open of the heikenashi bar. If the Open is greater than the close, the bar is an up bar.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service
