Strategy Analyzer - Use local data only

The Strategy Analyzer has an option to "Use local data only"

I have Market Replay data but that doesn't seem to work.

How do I get local data for the Strategy Analyzer to use?

Thank you for your post.

The Strategy Analyzer can only use historical data, which may be downloaded from your data provider in most cases. Market Replay data may only be utilized with the Playback connection. There are also third party vendors that provide data for a fee that may be imported into NinjaTrader

Setting the Strategy Analyzer to "use local data only" means that when enabled the strategy analyzer will not make a request for historical data from the provider and used stored data in the repository only. This is set to off by default as generally you may not have all the data for the time frame requested and the Strategy Analyzer will make a request to the data provider to get that missing data.
