Custom Notification Window

Is there a way to popup a notification window (similar to the Vendor Notification window) that has a custom name and message?

Not from NTMessageBoxSimple, but you could always create your own AddOn window to customize things as much as you want.

An example for toggling an AddOn window from an indicator can be found below. (The attached example therein was originally created by NinjaTrader_Chelsea.)
