    Error on requesting bars series

    I am having these errors when I tried to load an indicator that has a daily secondary timeframe in the market analyzer. I am connected to TD Ameritrade.

    Thanks for your post.

    Please provide (attach) a reduced code test script that we can test with on our end. Reduce the code to only what is needed to recreate the errors you are seeing.

    In addition, please advise the steps to reproduce by identifying the instruments, bar types and bar sizes.

      Actually I did remove the indicator that has secondary timeframe. Right now I am only using the 5 period Swing in a daily timeframe and it is still having the issue. Swing value is N/A.

        It looks like there are only certain symbols that you are not able to get the Swing of.

        Are you able to chart them as daily bars?

          Yes, I can create a daily bar chart for each of them but that error message will pop up. I noticed that there's no symbol description when I check it in the Instruments section of NT.

            Thanks for your reply.

            Please e-mail us your log and trace files (do not post these in the forum).

            Send the e-mail to PlatformSupport[at] Ninjatrader[dot]Com and mark the e-mail Atten Paul, Ticket # 3147492

            In the body of the email, please include a link to this thread for reference.

            Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your e-mail
            • Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
            • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to the email.
            • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
