Error on calling 'OnStateChange' method: Object reference not set to an instance

When I do the testing on the strategy analyzer with optimization.

Can i know what is the issues with this one ??
Is that something like = new Series<double>(this, MaximumBarsLookBack.TwoHundredFiftySix); will not be carry out ??
