adddataseries in optimization(Strategy analyzer)

I check from online source, it mentioned that it shouldn't be add dataseries on it.
However, in my strategy and indicator, it is a must to add it.

Then i noticed that i actually still can add the dataseries on it, but cannot be added the condition.
That is totally weird at all.

Any explanation about this??
