how to plot an image on chart like what Draw.ArrowUp did?

I am trying to plot an image on my indicator like what the Draw.ArrowUp or Draw. ArrowDown did, please see the example in the image. any help is much appreciated

First of all, it is not calling plot an image.

Basically, is you have to called draw,text in your onBarUpdate().
