Chart Variable/Property that can be accessed from any drawing tools

Hi, is it possible to define a variable at the chart level that can then be read by drawing tools? I'd like to be able to assign a Points per Bar value to be used by all geometry drawing tools on a particular chart. If it is possible then is it also possible to have a text box on the toolbar to make setting the Points per Bar for a chart easy?

Hello Henry, thanks for your post.

Custom scripts that can be attached to a chart are separated into Indicators, Strategies, and Drawing tools. Each script will have its own memory and cant see other instances of scripts, so there would be no supported way of doing this. All of NinjaScript is made from C# though, so I'm not saying this is impossible, but there is no supported documented way.
