How to get the total amount of trades for the day.

Could you help me with something?

Is there any method with which I can obtain the total amount of trades made since the beginning of the session? I am working on an Addons.

Hello jleira,

You could observe the executions on the accounts Executions collection however that is just the base data and not paired trades. If we make the assumption there is no existing data from a previous session which is needed for pairing trades correctly then you could use the following users comment to build your own trade collection. https://ninjatrader.com/support/foru...ns#post1091093

After building the trade collection you could work with the data like how you would in a strategy, the Count of the collection could be used to know a max number of trades.
