Why Can't I load the 15 sec chart on micro E-Mini contracts on Ninja Trader demo?

If I started using the basic version of the live account could I access it or would I have to switch to a more advanced version?

To send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader. Put '2987506- Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
