Creating Custom Window

Hello,
I created a strategy, thanks to you guys, that has this calculator. I am using Data Box to print the values. so whenever the user hovers over a trade, it shows them all these values. But It's not very efficient in two column. It would be really nice and efficient if I could create a window that can print these values in 3 or more columns, one for name, two+ for values. Is it possible? Can you please direct me where to start? Thank you.

Yes, it would be possible to create your own window like the data box to hold your values in columns.
