Can you please clarify on Exchange-NT Add-On (e.g. BitMex) integration development

1) This is not possible with the public API?

2) You have either to register as vendor to get access/documentation for private API or to reverse engineer the API ?

3) Does NT (company) welcome third party exchange integration development or is it something you would rather prefer not to happen ?
