new feature request - trade by dollar value

Good day,

I am migrating over from TradeStation.

One feature that was very useful was to be able to trade by dollar value.

For example, instead of setting the strategy to 100 shares, you could set it to $5,000 and have it calculate the number of shares for each trade.

Would like to see this in NT!

Thank you for the post.

I will put in a feature request here for this to be a feature. This is certainly possible to accomplish but you would need to do this type of calculation in your strategies logic yourself.
