Drawing Tool Renaming

I cloned the standard NinjaTrader FibonacciTools code, put it in the "NinjaTrader.NinjaScript.DrawingTools.Customiz ed" namespace, and then modified the individual classes used internally for Fibonacci time extensions, Fibonacci retracements, Fibonacci extensions, and Fibonacci circle tools to make those tools more useful. All that works great except that I haven't been able to successfully rename my enhanced tools with a prefix such as "Alt" to give them menu names that are different than the standard tools (probably associated with having multiple drawing tool classes entangled with Microsoft's absurd ICustomTypeDescriptor interface, but I am not sure of the true problem). Anyway, I would appreciate some guidance to help overcome that one remaining issue.

Thank you for the post.

The name should be controlled by each tools Name property in OnStateChange:

Name                             = Custom.Resource.NinjaScriptDrawingToolFibonacciCircle;

In this case a custom resource name was used, you would use a string like:

Name = "My Name";

Have you done that for each of your tools?

That was the first thing I tried, but it caused an error. I will do that again and report back.
