Creating an editable ATM

Is it possible to edit ATM templates from the NinjaTrader editor, or even Visual Studio. Looking for a means to use indicators as Stops. and or Profit Targets.

Hello JLSwin,

You can edit an ATM from any of the tools which use ATM's like the superDOM. After selecting an ATM you just need to hove the mouse over the name and click edit.

It is otherwise not currently possible from NinjaTrader or externally to edit the ATM's or change them while running.

To use indicators for stops you could use a NinjaScript strategy if you wanted to automate that. An ATM by nature controls the targets in the template you provide so there are no other actions that can be done for the targets with an ATM.
