How to Draw objects from addon or Drawing tools?

How can I Draw an object (i.e. Draw.Circle or whatever) from:
1) an addon, which has an access to open Charts/ChartTabs
2) from another custom Drawing tool, i.e. I created a copy of Draw.Channels, and I want to draw a circle too from that. But i can't do that because "Draw.Circle(this <----- "this" paremeter is needed, to be an NinjaScriptBase, and I am stuck trying to find any solution). so, how i could draw another element from custom drawing tool?

Drawing tools can only be called from an indicator or a strategy which both are enabled specifically on charts.

It is not possible to call a drawing object from an addon or from another drawing tool.

But you can add logic to render things in a drawing tool. Maybe you want to combine the rendering for multiple shapes into one drawing tool?

thanks, but adding renderings manually is not the way. it was good if it was possible what i said. (btw, I've achieved what I said, but in a bit complex way- adding indicator on chart, then using that indicator as host from my custom DrawingTool)
