Any way to access "this" from Drawing Tool?

Standard Drawing Tools (text, line, etc...after checking their code) seems to have access to ChartControl and ChartScale.

Is there any way to draw another tool (i.e. Draw.Text) from another drawing tool?
I ask because till date i know that Indicator can use "this" parameter while drawing:

Draw.Dot(this, ....

but how to draw from another non-indicator script, like from another drawing tool?

Thanks for your post.

The NinjaScriptBase type is specific to Indicators and Strategies only and cannot be used in a DrawingTool. Also due to indexing used in OnRender, it would be best to implement your own text rendering using RenderTarget.DrawTextLayout.
