Any way ? to access MartetAnallyzer window and it's columns/cells (probably as System.Windows.Forms.Form object or controls collection or like that).

You can observe the windows being created from an addon and its OnWindowCreated override however that is just the window instance. There is no specific documented way to access specific parts of the MA window.
What specific data are you trying to access?
