Please ,Is there a way of displaying Button Window on chart instead of on Menubar.Thereafter, the possibility of manipulation the displayed where necessary.

Yes, you can place buttons on the chart.
Please see this strategy in the NT user Apps as it places two buttons in the chart and should get you started.
