Advanced Risk Reward Indicator by Ninjatrader_Jim

I have tried to download the "Advanced Risk Reward Indicator" by Ninjatrader_Jim for NT8, but nothing happens when I click the download button. Please note that I can download other tools, it just does not work with this one. Any help appreciated, Thank you.

I am able to download this package using Google Chrome. Try disabling any ad blockers if you have any and allow any blocked popups. Also try a different web browser.

Hi WiseAmo, thanks for posting.

The script should compile fine with no pre-existing compiling errors. If you open up a NinjaScript Editor and press F5 to compile, can you share a screenshot of the compile errors that come up?

Hi Chris,

This is a useful indicator.

In my view, there is too much chart space being used to display the entry, target, risk and reward. I have to scroll far to the right to see the R/R.

I am curious how the whitespace on the indicator can be modified so it appears closer to the price?

Hi ij001, thanks for posting.

That would require you to change the OnRender method of the script. For an introduction/example on the Onrender method and using SharpDX see the "SampleCustomRender" indicator. See here for more documentaion:

would you know how to have the indicator just display price as .25 ticks? it's showing .01 price movements. thank you.

Hi Trader_Irc, thanks for your reply. There are no options to do this in the indicator settings, so the script would need to be modified to do this.
