Set the chartrader off or set global simulation mode

Hello Ninjas

there are any way to disable the chartrader ? or set on the global simulation mode?

I am working on add-on that is monitoring the account status and will be disable the charttrader or force global simulation mode if a part of the logic being true.

I will be appreciated much any help on the matter.

Thank you for the question.

There would not be any specific NinjaScript features for disabling items like this, this is generally not suggested as the user should always remain in control of their platform. Changing to simulation mode based on logic could potentially put the user in a problematic situation in case they needed to manage the account or if an error occurred with the addon.

The general suggestion when it comes to controlling what the user can or cannot do would be to create your own window with your own buttons/actions. In that window you could fully control those items as you want, this still allows the user to manage their account in case something with your tool goes wrong. You may be able to affect other controls in the platform by using general WPF means to disable/enable them however this would not be suggested.
