The NT8 help guide seems to lack the description of Bars.LastBarTime
LastBarTime can be found only in collateral examples

bars.LastBarTime is the DateTime tha tthe bar will close, for the BaseBarsPeriodType interval.
so if your BaseBars are BuiltFrom Minute type bars, and your BaseBarsPeriodValue is set to 5 (ie make a new bar every 5 minutes),
then LastBarTime will be set to the next (future upcoming) 5 minute interval.
This is typically used to determine if the current OnDataPoint event contains data where the parameter isBar == true
and if the ODP data parameter "time" is less than the closing time of the currently forming BuiltFrom base bar (i.e. 5 minutes example).
