    Window close button

    Hi there,

Additional windows opened in Add-Ons (for example for property settings) display their window close button in a different style and with a different icon (see attached screenshot).
How can I use NT's style and icon in my Add-On?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

    Thank you for the post.

I wanted to check, what kind of window is being used, is this an NTWindow?

You can duplicate the window syntax from our addon sample to generate a new empty window, is this what you have done or had you used a standard WPF Window?

I look forward to being of further assistance.

      Hello Jesse,

      Thanks for your quick reply.

Since I don't need workspace persistance or tab pages for this new properties window I have choosen a standard WPF window.
Is this the reason for the wrong-styled system buttons?

        Hello ruppschtaler,

        Thank you for the reply.

Yes, You would need to create the correct type of window for it to be styled. In this situation, you would need to utilize the same syntax shown in the addon sample.

All of the interfaces you see in the addon are optional, but you would need to use NTWindow specifically for styling to occur. Most other standard controls are styled aside from Window.

Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.
