Execution timestamp of the "Unspecified" kind

Hi,

this code fragement

private void OnExecutionUpdate(object sender, ExecutionEventArgs e)
{
    Print(e.Time.Kind);
}

prints "Unspecified".

For connecting to external tools, I'd prefer it if the execution timestamp was of the DateTimeKind.Local or DateTimeKind.Utc kind, to make sure time zone conversions work as expected and ISO 8601 date representations can contain the correct time offset.

I am aware I can work around this using DateTime.SpecifyKind().

Could this be fixed, please?

While the Time.Kind is not specified in the executions I can confirm the executions are marked to the Local PC time.

Hi Patrick,

thank you for this information, I'll work around it. I'd consider an "unspecified" DateTimeKind (when better information is actually available) a bug. A minor one. I'd love to see this fixed, in the long run.
