DrawOnPricePanel in Strategy plots

Hi all,

I am attempting to use the backcolor property for several plots in a strategy. However when I try to use DrawOnPricePanel = false in the initialization area the compiler returns that "The name "DrawOnPricePanel" does not exist in the current context".

Can anyone shed light on how I do this properly.

DrawOnPricePanel can not be used on a strategy, its only a property of an indicator.

Thanks Ray. I suspected that may be the case.

Can you suggest a workaround? I am happy to do some long winded coding to achieve the result.

Maybe using multiple plots for the same dataseries?

Unfortunately there is no long-winded code you can use. What you can try instead is migrate the backcolor painting to the indicators that are using the plots then just paint from the indicators.
