Polling Data provider for all available MasterInstrumenrs

Is there a way to poll a data provider for all available instruments ?

Or If I build a symbol list and try to add the series, will a get a response indicating I do not have permission for that Item ?

Thanks for opening the thread.

I do not think polling the provider for a list of instruments would be possible to do within NinjaScript, or at least in a supported and documented way.

You could add multiple instruments to a strategy, however. If a symbol is not valid, Add() will fail and Initialize() will abort. You could use try, catch blocks to allow the strategy to alert the user and continue when an invalid instrument is found.
