Strategy Development from ZigZag Indicator

I would like to develop a strategy from Sylvain Vervoort's ZigZag candle pattern. I simply want to take the indicator and turn it into a strategy where I am buying the UpStep pattern and shorting the DownStep pattern (It would be a little more detailed than that but you get the point). Problem is, I have extremely limited coding experience. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I would be willing to pay someone to build this for me.
