double limit order created with SubmitOrder

Hi

I can see sometimes when testing on live data, SumitOrder seems to generate doublon orders but with different ID (one with NT-XXX, and one with random generated id).
What could be the cause of this?
I have attached a screenshot and highlighted in red similar order which is generated twice with different ID.
