Cant get SampleMAcrossover to work on the analyzer

So I cant get the sampleMAcrossover to work. I am returning a zero on every try. I must be doing something wrong but I can't figure out what it is? Obviously this is my results. Can anyone help me?

Who are you connected to for data? (This is indicated in green in the lower left corner of the Control Center)

What instrument are you testing? (Please include the expiry contract month if a future)

Do you see any bars of data appearing on the Chart tab of the Strategy Analyzer backtest results?

The kinetick end of day free data is my data provider
no bars on the chart tab showed
I am trying to test on the eurusd

Do you think it is a problem with the data?

Hello bradc343,

The Kinetick End of Day (Free) connection does not provide real-time data and does not provide intra-day data such as minute or tick data. This connection provides end of day data only (daily bars).

In the backtest parameters if you set the Type to Day, and then test over a period of a month or more, are you receiving results?

If you would like intra-day data you will need to subscribe to a data provider such as Kinetick or IQFeed or connect to a a brokerage account that provides data.
