Unitialized date on RequestBars

Sometime, the chart not display graphique, and we need restart NT7 for have it.
Today i have this exception on Visual Studio 2010 when i'm try a refresh when it happend:

System.ArgumentExceptions: {"From-date (12/28/2015 00:00:00) must to be smaller than to-date (01/01/1800 00:00:00)"}

the date of 01/01/1800 seem an unitialized date no ?

I'm start NT with a recorded workspace who contains valides date.

When i'm restart NT it, it load the graph with the same saved workspace without problems.

Thank you for the question.

I wanted to check, does this happen in all of your workspaces or a specific one? I am not certain what could cause this to happen randomly, one thought could be potentially sometimes and item in the workspace fails to load correctly and causes an error in the chart.

It is difficult to say from what has been provided, but what you are seeing would be correct or the date is uninitialized.

When the chart does not display, is there a red X or does it just stay at the loading screen?
