Orders at Gain
I'm writing a strategy for use with Gain and I have a question about the orders in case NT is disconnected. If I have a position open with a stop and target, are they both associated with the position? Will the other cancel if one is executed?Tags: None

OK, so assuming NT is not able to reconnect, what is the best way to handle being disconnected? Should I only place the stop, and keep the target internal in the code and only send the order if price achieves the target? I'm just trying to prevent a problem if I'm not at the computer or there is something like a power outage, things of that nature.

OK, I understand. My last question is: do you know if Gain automatically closes positions and orders if ninjatrader is disconnected for a certain period of time? Thanks for your help.
