    Detect Which Managed Order's Profit Target is Filled

    Is it possible to detect which order's profit target is hit from within OnExecution()?

    The question is with regards to Managed orders, wherein each order is given unique name.

    Kind Regards
    Vivek

    Hello Vivek,

    Thanks for your post.

    In OnExecution() method, you can test for a match of the entry signal name using
    execution.Order.FromEntrySignal.

    For example:

    In OnBarUpdate()
    {

    if (some condition)
    {
    EnterLong("myLong2");
    }

    if (some condition)
    {
    EnterShort("myShort2");
    }
    }

    protected override void OnExecution(IExecution execution)
    {
    if (execution.Order.FromEntrySignal == "myShort2")
    {
    // do something here
    }
    if (execution.Order.FromEntrySignal == "myLong2")
    {
    // do something here
    }
