Calling a strategy within a different strategy

For the sake of efficiency, and to avoid having to cut and paste into lots and lots of different strategy combos, is there a way to call strategies from within a strategy?

For example, if I have a strategy with a buy signal, but want to use a risk management method that will be used by other buy signals, can the risk management method be put in a separate strategy so I don't have to keep cutting and pasting it into the different buy signals? For that matter, can I separate out all the different components so that I can put them together as I please.

If the answer is yes, I would also greatly appreciate a link to other posts, references or examples.

My next question to anyone who is able to answer it is - why do I get an error when I try to pull up a chart of the March 08 contract of the ES with the actively traded dates? It gives me an "Error - You need to select an instrument". Something similar happens when I try to merge the March contract into the June.
