A very complex stragey needs help

I have been looking through the site and reading the posts and tutorials but can't seem to find a code that i need or atleast a similar one for me to adapt(which many codes i already have and must say the site is great).

Ok so i need to know first how to write a code that the buy/sell pressure is tabulated from bar1 to bar5 and then if positive or on the buy side then it paints bar 0 green(but baiscly after that i would put in my next set of conditions to be satasfied.

Also i would like Quotes for certifed programmers for the Cost of wrting this code in NT send it to my e-mail [email protected]
