I am currently using strategy wizard to print a line on instrument chart at a price as defined in an internal variable when a set of conditions is met. Being used as a visual aid to see stop price. Is there a method using strategy wizard to print the price as a text or as a highlight on the right axes. Tried using print text but it doesn't allow me to reference a variable just a predefined text. sure it can be down with code but hoping it to keep it simple using the wizard.

Unfrotunately this would not be possible with just the strategy wizard for the reason, as you stated, you can not set a variable to be the text. This is only possible through custom programming.
