Exit on close did not close out position

Took home a crude oil position for the weekend..

The CL 04-16 position was entered at 4:58:02 PM.. The exit on close handling strategy looks to have kicked in at 5:11 and 5:56 (there were other instruments running).

Exit on close set to 240seconds.
Order handling set to cancel exit orders when a strategy is disabled.. could this be why?
All the strategy's were disabled but that CL was not closed and I need to figure out what I am doing wrong.
