Sorry if this questions has already been asked. I have the direct free edition, and im looking to create a strategy. It seems this feature is not available on the direct free edition. Is this correct?

Thank you for the question.
You are correct, in this case if you would simply like to test out making a strategy you could do that but you would need to utilize the Simulation license key while doing this. If you would like further detail on this process using the Sim key or if you need the Sim key please email our platform support @ NinjaTrader.com
Otherwise a live license would be needed to enable the feature and allow live trading also.
