Session Template

I want to run a strategy within a predefined session template.
How do I activate the Session Template?

I prefer to do this with a command in my NinjaScript code. Is this possible?
Alternatively, I have been looking to activate a session template from the Strategies Tab of the Control Center, but cannot find how.

Thank you for the question.

The session template would be delegated by the Instrument being used, so in the case you pick an Instrument that uses <Use Instrument Settings> it would use whatever the default is for that instrument. Otherwise a specific session could be picked while configuring the instrument.

Because this is delegated by where you apply the strategy or on he instrument you place it on, it can not be controlled from script.

Going forward in NT8 there are possibilities of adding secondary series with different trading hours but this is not a possibility in NT7 currently.

Hello,

When you configure the new strategy after Right clicking and clicking New Strategy.

You will see the property "Session Template", you can leave it as is for the default or select a different template.
