After examining the GetAccountValue(BuyingPower) function it does not seems to be updated when I open a position, only after I close it. Is there another way to know the buying power considering open positions?

Perhaps there's a function which returns the buying power which I am using at the moment with open positions? For example, If I have an open position of 4,000 EURUSD, which took 4,000 USD of my buying power, the function will return 4,000.

Hello Kiss987,

BuyingPower is updated after each order and is received directly from the brokerage. You could choose to calculate the buying power yourself based on an initial account value, or you can use the value as this is returned from the brokerage.

There is no other method or function that would return remaining buying power when an order is not completed.
