Line strategy

Hello All

Does anyone know where I can find a strategy that draws a Buy/Sell line on the chart and Reverses the trade every time price crosses that line? I would like to be able to manually move the line up and down the chart as price moves. The Strategy will always be either Long or Short until all positions are liquidated.
