How do I create the following condition in an if statement?

the open - close is greater than .70 * the (high - low)

if(Open[0]-Close[0]>(High[0]-Low[0])*0.7)

BigRo is correct. Using if(Open[0]-Close[0]>(High[0]-Low[0])*0.7) will set a condition that looks for an instance where if the current open -the current close is higher than 70% of the current high - the current low, take action.
