Backtest a strategy

Hallo,

I am compiling a new strategy, and it compiles ok, but when I try to backtest it, although it shows uo in the list, I cannot select its parameters.

Any ideas?

I suggest starting from scratch and building a new strategy including all parameters using the wizard, then comparing the code which the "old", existing strategy to see what differences there are.

Take a close look at the properties like:

[Description("MyProperty")]
[Category("Parameters")]
public int MyProperty
{...

I tried it, and still no luck. And for the moment the strategy has no code, just 3 parameters. No chance to select that strategy.

Not sure I follow. Are you saying that a simple sample strategy created in the wizard with 3 parameters and not conditions and actions can't be selected in the strategy analyzer?
