Strategy Status seen in Strategy Tab

Hello,

is there a way to programmtically read the Status of a strategy reflected by the colours in the Strategy tab, i.e. yellow wating for flat, green for executing orders, White for disabled?

Hello mstreck,

There is not currently any supported way to programatically determine if a strategy is enabled or disabled.

If you have "Wait until flat before executing live" enabled, then you can use the following:

If the strategy is green, Historical will be false.
If the strategy is yellow Historical will be true.

For example:

if(Historical)
{
    //Strategy is yellow
}
else if(!Historical) 
{
    //Strategy is green
}

To check if you have "Wait until flat before executing live" enabled, please navigate to Tools -> Options -> Strategies tab -> NinjaScript sub-tab
