Strategy not visible in Edit Strategy

Hi,

I developed a strategy and then made a copy of the code and created a new strategy.

Both strategies are visible in Strategy Analyzer and I can also use both in testing.

But I can't edit the second strategy anymore. I was able to do it before.
Namely, it doesn't show up in Edit Strategy list.

Neither, is the cs file visible under this directory Documents\NinjaTrader 7\bin\Custom\Strategy

Funny, because i can use the strategy in back testing.

What should I do?

Thank you for your post.

Have you exported the strategy at any point? I would expect to see this if the strategy was in an assembly.

Can you send over your Log and Trace files on this matter? You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

We have not received your files. Please manually attach your most current log and trace files to an e-mail to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with this thread in the subject line: "http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/forum/showthread.php?t=74799"

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.20150605.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.20150605.txt"

I have sent the email, with the data now.

For extra information. Now none of my strategies are showing up in Backtest environment.

But I can edit all of them except the one strategy that we were talking about.

Edit: I just made a new strategy to see if it would show up. And suddenly all strategies showed up in the Strategy Analyser.

So I guess the strategies didn't get loaded in after system restart. How do I make them load in?

The files should have loaded, there should be no need to force them to load.
